Update on Saturday Morning Sangha

Through the end of January, 2013, during Saturday sangha (starts at 10:00 am), we’ll do our customary 20 minutes of sitting meditation, followed by reading from Andrew Olendzki’s book, Unlimiting MIND, The Radically Experiential Psychology of Buddhism.

Andrew is a Buddhist scholar and Executive Director of the Barre Center for Buddhist Studies.  During sangha, we’ll share questions, observations, and insights about how to apply mindfulness and Buddhist psychology to the wonder and challenges of daily living.  Of course, we’ll also take time for socializing and building community.
In gratitude,

Namaste,

Bob

Half Day Retreat Sat. 10/27 at the Center

This Saturday, the 27th, we will have a half day meditation retreat at the
center.

It will begin at 1:00 and end at 5:00. The afternoon will consist
of 30 to 40 minutes sits alternated with 15 to 20 minutes of walking
meditation. Anyone can come at any time and stay for as long or as short a
period as you would like. This is a wonderful opportunity to deepen your
practice.

Peace & kindness,  Dave Zeaman
