Mlw Meditation Retreat July 31

Saturday, July 31st we will be having a meditation retreat at the practice
center.

We will begin at 9:00, meditate until noon, and then commence
meditating at 1:00 and end for the day at 4:00.

Meditation will consist of alternating periods of sitting and walking meditation.  You may come and go as
your schedule allows.  You can meditate for 20 minutes or for the whole six hour
period.  At the last in town retreat there were three of us that made it all the
way through.

This is a good opportunity to deepen your practice and enjoy a meditation
retreat without leaving town.
